Voting Information

The best way to make your voice heard on the issues that matter most to you and your family is to vote.  In Bangor, we typically have June and November Elections and all citizens vote at the Bangor Civic Center.  Every once and awhile the City will hold a special election to decide issues that cant wait until the ordinary election dates. 

When it comes to the Bangor City Council we each serve three year terms.  With nine members of the Council it ensures that every year three Council seats are voted on.  For instance, I was elected in November of 2010 and my seat will be up three years later in the fall of 2013.
